Our goal is to connect you with MBEs that expand your supply chain and build business relationships that are good for business.  In the SMSDC service area, we have a 57% minority population, increasing rapidly.  Their buying power is expected to exceed 1.7 trillion dollars by 2010.

Minority-owned businesses grow more rapidly than any other business sector, with Hispanic-owned firms claiming between 15 and 22 percent of businesses in Texas.  Corporate America needs certified MBEs to supply a wide certified MBEs are an important strategic resource within your supply chain.

SMSDC assists corporations with the implementation of corporate supplier diversity plans.  This service includes training on how to meet company diversity goals, and report the success of your program to customers.  C-Suite level corporate educational programs are popular throughout the NMSDC network.  Many events conducted for corporations offer CPM credits.
