Indatatech has grown to the point where we can provide employment and stability to our employees. At the end of the day when our employees are happy, and our customers are happy- that is success!

• What has been your biggest reward?

Being able to look back over time and see the growth and success of Indatatech. We are not perfect by any means and have made our share of mistakes. But looking back from where we started, and seeing the potential in our future- that is rewarding.

• What separates you from the competition?

Indatatech does several things in the supply chain and logistics area, and we do them well. We take the time to help educate our Customer on how to create value in these areas, and strive to forge long term relationships.

• What has been your biggest challenge in today’s marketplace?

Probably the biggest challenge we face is the same for all small businesses- funding and cash flow. Funding can be an issue whether you have many Customers, or many. Managing day-to-day cash flow is a never ending task.

• Please share your philosophy or best advice received.

Indatatech is built on a set of core values the guide us in our daily work. But the two fundamental philosophies that you will find are- Trust in God, and try to do the right thing. These are and simple and easy to live by.

The SMSDC has presented us with numerous opportunities, and ultimately contracts, with many Corporate Members. Just as important are the relationships we have have made with other MBEs to do B2B with them as well.
