This year’s Celebrity Golf Tournament welcomes Cory Redding, born in Houston, TX is a former American football defensive tackle. He was drafted by the Detroit Lions in the third round of the 2003 NFL Draft and played college football at The University of Texas. Redding also played for the Seattle Seahawks, Baltimore Ravens, Indianapolis Colts and Arizona Cardinals. Redding played for the Texas Longhorns at the University of Texas and during his four years there, he was a two-time All-Big 12 Conference selection and played in every game, including a string of 35 consecutive starts on the defensive line.

In December of 2012, Corry was named Colts Man of the Year for his commitment to community service and his leadership both on and off the field. In 2007, Cory started the Cory Redding Foundation to support educational, recreational and community assistance programs for at-risk populations

Cory is President & CEO of Redding Construction and Management LLC and is a certified MBE with the SMSDC.
